Waking. Up in the morning with a panic feeling and heart racing
Hello,
Thank you for your question,
When did the symptom start?
Did it occur today only?
How is the pulse rate?
Did you count it?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Its been happening for a while and didn't take a pulse rate

Thank you for the information,
In anxiety or panic state there can be increase in heart rate.
You are already taking medicines for anxiety.
I would suggest to get a review by your doctor.
You can need an adjustment of doses.
Doctor can take EKG or other tests like those for thyroid function if he feels necessary.
I hope this information helps.
I will be happy to assist, if you need any clarification.
Please feel free for any follow up query.
Best wishes.
