Hi--tell me all you can about the pain--how often you have it, how long it lasts, etc.

Its some what regular no come and go just not as bad

OK. Have you had an MRI of the spine and in addition the the cath did you have an echocardiogram and a stress test?

no spine MRI, no answers

OK--does the chest pain ever seem to wrap around to your back?

no not wrap around it sometimes starts center back maybe up to my neck

OK--and we can continue after this if you need but this sounds like a thoracic spine problem--either a ruptured disk or arthritic changes that are compressing a nerve root. The pain from that can be referred to the right and left chest. What you've told me doesn't sound cardiac or from reflux or GERD. I suggest you ask to get an MRI of your thoracic spine to evaluate this.
