Thank you Manjula, for all the information,
What you are experiencing is likely pre syncopal state.
In some cases, when you laugh deeply the intrathoracic pressure or pressure within chest gets elevated.
This leads to less venous blood return to heart & the cardiac output or blood coming from heart is diminished.
There can be an increase in vagus nerve tone.
So the brain gets less blood supply causing the fainting feeling.
I would advise to have a consultation with your doctor & discuss the issue.
Please avoid laughing deeply.
I hope this information helps.
I will be happy to assist, if you need any clarification.
Please feel free for any follow up query.

It may not affect pacemaker.
