Thank you for the information
Bleeding after 3 weeks of menstruation can be a start of menstruation.
Though you did not have such painful menstruation before, but some cycles can be different from usual.
The other possibility can be infection or inflammation in the pelvic organ.
In infection you can have brown discharge, pain.
Hormonal change can cause irregular bleeding and pain.
You are taking pain medicine, still the pain is persisting.
I would suggest to take an examination by doctor.
Blood tests, pelvic examination, ultrasound can be necessary.
I hope this information helps.
I will be happy to assist, if you need any clarification.
Please feel free for any follow up query.
Regards.
