I broke my leg 8ms ago,2steel rods and still have swelling.i laid around for 8ms,and am finally back to normal,but now my back hurts so bad, I feel like the life was sucked out of me. no energy,exhausted. should I exercise?? it hurts like hell

the swelling is on the broken left leg,swelling on ankle and on site of break
