Customer: replied 4 years ago.

I wore glasses my whole life. I have one good eye and one bad eye. Lightheadness in the past yes but in the past but, 3 years so no. I am a customer Service Representive, I do deal with some anxiety. I have some problems whree I can't sleep at night. I look at company and check work durning the day. I have never been to the Dr. before I don't take medication.

Thanks for additional information.
I understand your concern and your hectic work schedule.
As per your description, your symptoms can be due to overexertion.
And lack of adequate sound sleep, late night work can result in such lightheadedness, brain foggy(cognitive dysfunction).
Even your blood sugar levels, blood pressure should be checked.
Anemia, thyroid dysfunction can also result in loss of concentration, attention, tiredness.
You may need to undergo a clinical exam by your regular doctor and further blood work like CBC,ESR,Thyroid function test should be done.
Even you need to start a multivitamin supplement on a regular basis.
You should opt for yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercises.
You can try Melatonin as a sleeping aid if you are not getting sound sleep of 6 hours a day.
And it's good to make an appointment with your doctor for proper management.

Hope this helps.
Feel free for further query & follow-up.
Positive feedback & bonus are highly appreciated.
