Hello, I have recently had night sweats, extreme fatigue,a swollen lymph node in my neck, debilitating joint pain and now I was just informed by my Dr. that my white blood cell count is low. Any answers?
Hi--how low a white count and did you doctor to any other tests and did he have any comments on what's going on?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

He didn't tell me how low they were and had no diagnosis but wanted me to get a chest cray.

Well, it's a bit hard to give you just one diagnosis here without any more information, but the differential would include mononucleosis, Lyme disease, tuberculosis, lymphoma, and possibly HIV. We can continue if you'd like but those are my thoughts for now considering your symptoms.
