Hello,
Thank you for your question,

no pain, no itchin, i don't take any medicine and no past illnesses

Thank you Lorna, for the information,

The swelling is likely to be due to an allergy.

The cause of allergy is often not apparent.

Food is often a factor.

But it can occur from environmental allergens too.

Sometimes, bite, infection etc can cause it.

But you do not have any sore, pain there.

In infection the swelling would not subside so rapidly.

When the swelling is recurring, it is necessary to see doctor.

Because if it progresses it can involve tongue, cause edema of the throat, breathing distress etc where it can become an emergency.

You can take benadryl till you see doctor.

I hope this information helps.

I will be happy to assist, if you need any clarification.

Please feel free for any follow up query.

Best wishes.
