Shingles can cause bumps but usually they will be blister like with red base.

they do feel firm but don't appear to be red
this is likely infected sebaceous cysts.
Antibiotic ointment will be helpful ( mupirocin)
Mupirocin ointment does require prescription.
So urgent care will be ok.
