Hi, is it bad to eat eggs for breakfast every day?
Dear customer,
Welcome back !
I am Dr.Charles and I’m happy to help with your question today .
Eggs contain high amounts of cholesterol. 1 large egg has about 200mg cholesterol and 5g of fat. Almost half of that fat is saturated fat.
A number of studies suggest that about one egg a day has no adverse effect on health outcomes
If your LDL cholesterol level is more than 100 mg, or you have been diagnosed with heart disease, you should only eat 200 mg cholesterol a day.
If you do not have either of these conditions, you can have 100 mg more.
Bot***** *****ne is that you can have 1-2 egg daily in breakfast depending upon your medical history.
Hope this helped
