Hi there and thank you for the question. I am a Registered Nurse and will be happy to help you today. Yes, many people whoh have a low immunoglobulin A level will have no symptoms at all, but others can have symptoms of Celiac-like disease or Chron's or other inflammatory bowel disorder. Is 50ish considered very low, moderate or closer to normal.

To be clear: Do people with Celiac have low Immunoglobulin A, Qn, Serum levels

Hi there

Yes, people who have a low Immunglobulin A level can have symptoms of celiac disease and likewise, people who have celiac disease can have low immunoglobulin A levels.....not all people will fit the bill, most some do, yes. 85-385 is a normal range, so 50 is low to moderately low.
