Hi. Can a person take there BP medicine early(clonodine)...If it's due at 10PM can I take at 9 or 9 30?I don't think it matters.
Hello and thank you for using JustAnswer Health.

Yes it would be fine to take your medication up to an hour early, especially if it is a once a day doseage.

In the hospital the guidelines are usually that a medication must be administered 30 minutes before or after the hour due. But at home you have more leeway. Now if you were taking the medication twice per day, you would want to administer or take the dose as close to 12 hours apart as possible, again with a 30 minute grace period being no problem.
