And now as you feel chest pain,discomfort,pain in arm so you shouldn't ignore your symptoms and EKG,Echocardiography must be done in your case to rule out underlying cardiac pathology at first place.
Other possible may include Nerve impingement at cervical spine which results in radiating pain,numbness in shoulder,arm.
Gastroesophageal reflux disease can result in chest pain.
Further X-ray/MRI of cervical spine can be advised.
I suggest you to consult your doctor ASAP.
If you have current chest pain,shortness of breath then visit ER for prompt management.
