Ive vomited 5 times. No fevers. I have chills and abdominal pain. I take a bunch of medications. I did however just start doxycycline. I am 23 and female. I have gerd and ibs

There can be a few factors which can cause vomiting here.
Chills & abdominal pain can come from an infection.
GERD can cause vomiting.
Medications can be a factor.
Doxycycline often causes nausea & vomiting.
In repeated vomiting, bile can come up.
When the stomach gets empty, bile can come out.
I would advise to contact your doctor.

I also have sharp pain on the left side below the rib cage
