I have a Head MRI that shows what a radiologist thought were mucous retention cysts, I am looking for a second opinion. I have to wait for a response before I can attach a picture and please do not respond via online chat because then I can not attach the picture. I would really appreciate the help!

Thanks for the attachment.
I have been able to look at the MRI picture.
There is a mucous retention cyst in your maxillary sinus of size about 5 to 10 mm.
This is not cancerous.
So do not worry.
Many times this is just an incidental finding if you do not have any sinus problem.
other parts of the brain scan look normal.

I guess my concern was how it would look diffferent from a cancerous tumor or something in the nose? Didnt know if it could be a sinus anuerysm...I get some pain there when my allergeies get bad...mainly congestion. Do you think where it is located could ever cause slightly blurred vision of the left eye?

This should not cause blurry vision as this is not close to the nerves.
Cancerous tumor will have irregular border, more intense looking from calcifications.
This is not cancerous.
this is not aneurysm as it is not arising from any blood vessel.
Best wishes
