I have a pain on the right side of my lower back...the pin

I have a pain on the right side of my lower back...the pin can move across my back and originally affected my mobility but this has improved but not back to full urine is normal my appetite is good. Is this muscular or could this be symptom for gall bladder or kidney issues?
Does it have any relation with respiration?

No it is not more painfully when I cough or sneeze
According to all information provided it is looking like a 'muscular'pain.Its not a gall bladder or kidney problem.Simple NSAIDS like ibuprofen or Motrin is sufficient if taken for at least one week.
