The soles of my feet and my calves are sore with I walk

This answer was rated:

The soles of my feet and my calves are sore with I walk short distances.
I'm 57, 5'10 and weigh 270.
First of all you need to reduce your weight.Secondly, you need to get your cholestrol levels checked up.Because some times in people with high cholestrol levels the leg arteries become narrow leading to less blood supply to muscles in time of need(walking etc). This lead to soreness in muscles. Moreover, stop smoking if you are a smoker.Applying shoe pads will give relief for some time but will not provide a permanent solution.
