I am hiv positive and I am on septrin.for 2 months now I have not had my period and I am not pregnant.what could be wrong and wat medication should I take

2months ago I took postinor...about a month ago I was on strep injection and antibioticsa.m not under any kind of stress.I hav had irregularities bfor but itz been long.more than 2yrs now. Towards the endin of the month I feel painz in my abdomen like am goin to hav my period.m having lotz of. Vaginal discharges also

Well, absence of periods since last 2 months, is of concern and should be evaluated by doctor. Possible causes are-
-Thyroid dysfunction
-Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOD)
-Hormonal imbalance
It is advised to undergo Thyroid function test,LH, FSH, Prolactin,S.testosterone levels ,Transvaginal sonography.
You need to get a clinical examination and tests done by your doctor.
Your doctor may prescribed hormone pills after tests.
Further management will be advised accordingly after tests.
