the panic attacks would not cause a heart rhythm disorder either you mean? thank you for taking extra time to help me with my concerns. I would be having more severe symptoms if heart rhythm was the case my blood pressure is 120/80 and pulse is 81.

With your heart rate and blood pressure being normal; the feeling of racing of heart does not point to an heart rhythm disorder. This feeling is related to the panic attack. I would not be worried.
