I have small white raised bumps on my ankles and tops of my feet.
How do I make them go away?
For how long you are having these bumps?
Do they itch?
Do they appeared in clusters for the first time?

For a couple of years. They are increasing in number. They do not itch. Some are in clusters and some are by themselves.
There is possibility that you are having 'plantar warts'.They are caused by Human Papiloma Virus(HPV).Treatment is by applying salicylic acid lotion over them for at least 3 months. It will make them disappear if applied regularly.Other treatments are cryotherapy and lasers etc. Please see the link for more detail:

Just wanted to ask have my answer helped you any way?How is your foot now?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
I have an appointment to see a real Doctor. It will be a $15 co-pay. Cheaper than what I paid here so will not use this again. Apparently the advice given here is "go see a Dr.". I think we can figure that out on our own.
This was just a follow up question.Anyway thanks.
