the Pet ct was performed during december 2011 after 4 session of chemotheraphy.
Can you please explain the meaning?

This sclerotic lesion within the sternum (PET-CT review) is likely to be spread of breast cancer in the breast bone. A bone scan is the best way to confirm the spread of cancer in the bones
