Welcome to JustAnswer!

Do you have any other symptom such as chest pain, fever? How are the stool and urine?

Is there any previous disease?

Customer: replied 5 years ago.

No chest pain and no problem breathing.

My temperature is normal so is stool and urine.

The dizziness can be due to different factors.

There may be dehydration, fall or changes of blood pressure, low glucose etc. Low glucose can cause sweating. It can be the symptom of a neurological cause like stroke, or bleeding, cerebellar diseases.

Anemia or electrolyte changes can also be factors. Heart conditions like angina, attacks, and rhythm abnormalities may also lead to the attacks of dizziness.

Those can be associated with nausea, sweating. Chest pain may be absent.

You can need a few tests such as EKG, blood tests etc. depending on the physical examination by doctor.

I would advise to get an examination by doctor in ER.
