Thank you for the information,

The pain in the center of chest can be due to heart.

This can occur in ischemia or low blood supply to the heart.

Sometimes anxiety, tension or reflux can also such pain.

When it is associated with lightheadedness, the pain in center of the chest needs to be examined urgently by doctor.

Heart disease is of serious concern as you are aware, & it should be ruled out without delay.

I would advise to get examined by doctor in ER & have an EKG & other tests.

If you are not taking daily aspirin, you can take one now.

I hope this information helps.

I will be happy to assist, if you need any clarification.

Please feel free for any follow up query.
