2 siblings have passed away from ALS, one at age 51, one at age 57. We were all exposed as youths to methyl ethyl ketones for long periods at work (prior to Hazmat) Is there a test for ALS that 4 living siblings can undergo to determine risk for ALS?

Yes, there are some genetic tests available for familial forms of ALS.
Exposures to chemicals are not a proven risk factor at this time....the only proven risk factors for developing ALS are age and family history.
