Where exactly is it located? Any redness or drainage?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
On my left side of neck right below my jaw line. Not red and no drainage. Really sore

Has a doctor ever looked at this? Nothing on your fingers after you touch it?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
not yet. have an appointment in a few days due to the pain. and no nothing on fingers other then smell

Well if there's a smell then that indicates infection and this is probably a sebaceous cyst that's become infected and may need incision and drainage and then later excision. For now you can try warm compresses in the hopes that it will drain on its own.
