Good Morning. I have had coldness in my abdomen area, under my ribs, lower and middle abdomen. It comes and goes and does not hurt. I do not have any other symptoms, no nausea or vomiting. I am a 38 years old white female and have had this for about a month now.

OK
Have you thyroid function checked.
This is a simple blood test for TSH and T4

If TSH is 3 or higher you can be hypothyroid and this can give such a sensation

You also need a good physical, and examination of the circulatory system.
However, with no pain at all I suspect thyroid.
good luck

What about a peptic ulcer? Leaky gut? H. Pyloria?
Expert:  DrRussMD replied 5 years ago.
No pain, no diarrhea, no regurge symptoms

Unlikely on all counts

H pylori testing is easy, a stool test and if you don't have it, it is the ulcer bug, then unlikely you have an ulcer.

good luck
