i consistantly have a low blood pressure in the morning. i

Resolved Question:

i consistantly have a low blood pressure in the morning. i take different meds for stroke i had in 2010. and type 2 diabetes. this is controled to 5.9 a1c with metformin. the low oressure is around 95/62 . this makes me very uncomfortable, shaky. how can i safetly raise this so that i feel better. i am limited to the excersise i can do, have balance issues. this also seems to affect my eyesight, which in turn makes me very nervous. is this normal.

You can take plenty of fluids but you should monitor the sugar content as well like warm soups, lime water without sugar.
Secondly tea,coffee can be taken.(Without sugar)

Try to get up slowly after sitting or lying down.

Continue with your exercise.

Consult your doctor and monitor your blood pressure regularly.
