Burning And Tingling Sensation In The Head.

Resolved Question:

I have had this burning tingling feeling in my head all night. I can't sleep because it’s causing my anxiety to flare.

Could it be due to a pinched nerve or is it something more serious?

It’s all around my head and that’s really the only symptom I have. It came on suddenly.

Since how many days are your symptoms?

Were any investigations done?

Do you have any significant past medical or surgical history?

Are you diabetic, have high blood pressure, are sedentary, stressed, overweight, smoker, take alcohol?

Is your cholesterol or lipid profile normal?

Customer: replied 5 years ago.

I just went to the doctors yesterday for a physical.

I do not smoke or have diabetes. The symptoms just started early this morning.

I have been stressed and I do have issues with my neck.

These symptoms are not likely due to pinched nerves. These are unlikely to be serious. It is likely due to vitamin B 12 deficiency, migraine, anxiety, or neuropathy due to various causes (connective tissue disorder etc).
