Hello. Thank you for coming to JustAnswer with your question, and welcome. Antihistamines such as benadryl and actifed are among the medications listed as possible triggers for symptoms of RLS. The newer "non-drowsy" types of antihistamines such as allegra or claritin are not. Here is a link with more information about triggers from (Restless Leg Syndrome Foundation)
