DR HASAN :

okCustomer/p>

DR HASAN :

i am sorry to hear this all

DR HASAN :

There are two aspects to consider

DR HASAN :

viral illnesses takes like 2 weeks to go away so hopefully you will be fine soon

DR HASAN :

and we cannot kick out the virus

DR HASAN :

but can make our immunity strong to fight with this

DR HASAN :

and for that in such illnesses you need to take BRAT diet

DR HASAN :

banana, apple sauce,rise and toast

DR HASAN :

lot of fluids like gatorade

DR HASAN :

and should take multivitamin tablet once daily

DR HASAN :

after its over then you should eat healthy diet so that your immunity stay high

Customer:

just before this I took 1500 mg of vitamin C daily

DR HASAN :

moreover if the symptoms persist for one more week then see your doctor to rule out secondary bacterial infection which looks least likely so far with the symptoms you have described

DR HASAN :

take multivitamin tab which contain all other vitamins

DR HASAN :

any over the counter
