Can this cause headaches, dizziness or fatigue?
Also, can getting etd, be related to severe coughing?

Eustachian tube dysfunction can result from allergies like colds, cough. Such allergies can cause tissue swelling that can compromise the normal function of the e-tubes.
Yes, severe coughing lasting for more than 1 week, can result in Eustachian tube dysfunction.
This can cause-dizziness, problem in balance, fullness in ears, popping or clicking sensation, fatigue.
Symptoms of eustachian tube dysfunction usually go away without treatment.
Your doctor can advise decongestant to reduce the swelling of the lining of the tubes. Taking anti-histamine like- Zyrtec is helpful in such cases.
For dizziness you can take tablet Dimenhydrinate(Dramamine).
