spinal stenois and have had nerve root block..burning sensation..back

Resolved Question:

I have spinal stenois and have had nerve root block which helps. I have burning sensation in both of my feet. Can this come from the problem I have in my back it starts around mid morning and get worse. Is there anything I can do.

Yes this could be related to spinal canal stenosis. Peripheral Neuropathy, circulatory disorders i.e Peripheral artery disease, Sciatica, fasciitis are few common cause of burning foot. Burning feet can also be due to exposure to certain toxins, chronic alcohol use, certain B vitamin deficiencies. For relief take proper Rest and elevate your feet. Switch to more comfortable shoes and Bathe your feet in cool water.
