I have diabetes, but is under control now
I take a blood presure pill

just a blood test to check diabetes
Ok, These levels are pretty low and can lead to several complications, so need a constant monitoring.
These levels can be low due to diabetes, kidney problems, CNS problems, thyroid problems.
Diabetes can lower the blood sodium levels if blood glucose levels are high.
If they are normal then you need to rule out other cause that i have mentioned.
