A blowing of nose may occasionally cause sudden changes in ear canal which may be transmitted to the internal ear and cause dizziness and passing sensation. This is not likely to be related to the CVA. You may consider an evaluation by the ENT specialist for the eustachian tube dysfunction, which may be associated with sinusitis or rhinitis (nose inflammation; can be infective or allergic).
