It would really depend on your hemoglobin

These are almost normal values, and would generally not indicate any serious problem.

If however you do have a significantly low Hb, then you would need to be tested for B 12 and folate Vit deficiencies

In that case, I do not believe that these reports point to any substantial problem.

I would still recommend discussing with your doctor for a possible B Complex/ Folate supplement (especially if you are predominantly/ purely vegetarian).
