i had an abdominal and pelvic CT scan with contrast which shows a few very dark spots as well as some bright white spots. What could they signify??

It appears they are in the area of the pain outside the lung area

No Smoking, no drinking and I traveled to Aruba in December. I have also had pain in my hips, ankles and knees. I was having vision issues and migranes but the neuro has them under control. They at first thought I had Lyme disease but that was false. I was also tested, since August for numerous things i.e. Hepatitis, Lupus, Crohns amongst others.
