I have a red (looks like a scar) appear on my lower left

Resolved Question:

I have a red mark (looks like a scar) appear on my lower left leg. I also have smaller red marks on my lower right leg. They are not hot or itchy but have not responded to anti-septic cream. Should I check it out with my doctor?

Are the marks linear?
Do you have any cuts or open areas on your feet?

The mark on my left leg goes in a line but the marks on my right leg (4 in total) are more like spots.

I have no cuts or open areas on my feet.

Have you been feeling well?
Any fever?
Bug bites?
Joint pains?
How long have they been present on your legs?
Are they raised?
Any scaling to the "lesions?"
Customer: replied 6 years ago.

I have been feeling well. I have no fever, joint pains or been bitten (to my knowledge).

I have had them a few months. They are not raised.

Sometimes the skin around the marks looks dry. Yesterday I noticed one of the marks on my right leg was bleeding but has now scabbed over.

In answer to your question--yes, I would see your doctor at this point since you have had it for a few months.

To be honest, I am not sure exactly that it is...but it does not sound serious or caused by any underlying disease since that you feel well otherwise.

It may be some form of dermatitis or eczema given the fact that it has some scaling or dryness. A steroid cream may be the next step but I would not try it until you see your doctor.
