I think you are asking the wrong question or perhaps have misunderstood something...
There are millions of air bubbles in the lung... it's normal. Air outside the lung is not and it's called a pneumothorax or collapsed lung and is not generally serious and is curable with a small surgical procedure... sometimes they heal themselves.

An air bubble in the heart can be serious, but it needs to be a lot of air.
