Hello, and I am pleased to help, use of my answers are for educational purposes only.
How are the rest of the fetal organs?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
all organs are ok
If all organs are there, if there are no abnormalities to the organs, then a Single umbilical artery is just watched with ultrasounds about once every 4 weeks to ensure that there is adequate blood flow to the baby. The fetus usually does very well and we actualy see a lot of single umbilical arteries without any further defects or anatomic abnormalities.
