5th question - NO

7th question - I have been having neck stiffness for about 2 weeks

Expert:  Dr. Anil replied 7 years ago.

One of the most common causes of tingling in the hands is carpal tunnel syndrome. This develops when the nerve becomes irritated or compressed as it passes through a tunnel/band of tissue in the wrist and even it can occur at the elbow or at the level of the neck.
Other possible causes include -
Cervical radiculopathy as you have neck stiffness.
Vitamin B12 deficiency
It is advised to undergo a clinical examination by neurologist and he may further advise Nerve conduction study and EMG , X-ray / MRI of cervical spine for further evaluation.
Use wrist splint at night.
Take multivitamins supplement .

I hope this helps.
