Are you having any stress and sleep deprivation over the period of illness?

Do you take alcohol and smoke?

Did you go for any investigations to reach diagnosis?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.

Stress- my father is in late stages of Alzheimer's which has been stressful but I seem to be sleeping fine. I do drink beer on occasion but have never smoked. I am very physically active. I do see a naturopath and it was suggested that I had food poisoning-however that was 2 weeks ago and the problem is still accuring.
