Resolved Question:

I am having a sinus ct scan this week. I have had one in the past, and it made me very claustraphobic, partiallt because I can not breathe out of either nostril from nasal polyps. Is there anything I can do to ease my claustrophobia (i.e head set for music, etc)

To remove the claustrophobia induced by MRI/CT machine you may do following-

1.By visualization & relaxation therapy.

2.Positive thinking

3.De conditioning

4.Medicines like beta blockers.
