Unfortunately, you are offline, so I will assume that you are an otherwise health 22 year old.

I do believe that part of your problem with the afternoon fatigue may be caused by your eating habits. By using meal replacement shakes and the muesli bars, you may be getting most of your calories from carbohydrate.

I would suggest having a breakfast and lunch that included some protein (although depending on the brand, the shake may contain some protein). Examples might include some chicken or fish on a salad. Also, if you are drinking caffeine during the day, this can actually contribute to the fatigue later in the day. Avoiding the caffeine and other stimulants (sometimes found in diet shakes) - this will help you sleep better, and avoid the up and down ("crashing") seen with the use of stimulants.

I am healthy and reasonably be active. The shake does have protein. What would be better to have morning tea then? I dont drink coffee but have a cup of tea in the morning, at morning tea and one after lunch, should I stop these? I am more likely to eat soups so what should I have in them?

No, I would not recommend tea instead of a meal at breakfast.

As for soups, I would suggest something that included some protein; Homemade (rather than high sodium canned or instant) chicken noodle, chicken with wild rice would be good choices.
