Since when do you have this pink tinged sputum ?

Any fever / breathing difficulty ?

Customer: replied 7 years ago.
only each morning small amount of pink sputum maybe for the lat couple months or so no problems at all thru the day no fever or breathing difficulties

This can be from a throat infection causing the dry cough and pink sputum.

Other than that an erosion of the esophageal mucosa or a growth can cause such a bleeding too.

I would advise you to have a Esophagoscopy to look for these if you have not had one recently.

I had an endoscopy 8 to 9 months ago due for another sept 2010

In that case you probably have a throat infection.

Along with the honey try taking it with warm water.

If this doesn't work you could need a course of antibiotics.

If this persists,I would advice you a chest X-ray to rule out any lesion in the lower respiratory tract.
