Welcome to Just Answer and thanks for your question. Oral medications are vitamin E, aminobenzoate potassium, tamoxifen, colchicine, and pentoxifylline. Oral treatment is very hit and miss and there have been no well-controlled studies that showed that any oral medication helps. Other treatments include injections directly into the scar tissue plaques with collagenase, steroids, verapamil, or interferon alpha-2b. There are also surgical procedures for Peyronie's disease.
