Customer Question

I woke up this morning feeling dizzy and it won't go away (4 hrs). I feel fine otherwise, apart from some slight nausea from the dizziness. I've had a light breakfast and been up and about, but it's not easing.
I am 50 years old, in excellent health, exercise every day, normal weight. I have not been ill recently, no alcohol in about 4 days (I drink wine with dinner at the weekends). I have noticed occasional bouts of dizziness over the last several months, or dizziness upon standing quickly, but they typically last no more than 10 or 15 seconds.
