As such your symptoms can be due to gastroenteritis as well especially since the pain is associated with diarrhea as well .

Gastroenteritis is inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract,
Gastroenteritis often involves stomach pain or spasms, diarrhea .
The objective of treatment is to replace lost fluids and electrolytes.
Oral rehydration is the preferred treatment of fluid and electrolyte losses caused by diarrhea.
As such viral infection subside by their own in few days.
Gradually start to eat soup, banana , crackers , fat free diet.
Avoid caffeine , carbonated beverages , alcohol.
Take metamucil as well.
Take proper rest .
Apart from this other possibilities include Ureteric stone as well.
I suggest you to consult a doctor for further evaluation and management .
I hope this helps
