When i sit for a period of time my left leg feels a little

This answer was rated:

when i sit for a period of time my left leg feels a little tight and the bottom of my left foot tingles every now a then. i think it is a nerve problem. It's been happening now for about 2 weeks.

In which part of the leg or foot?

Did you have any other symptom or previous illness?

Thank you.
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
the tingling is on the bottom of the left foot. no other symptoms other than a tightness in my knee and lower leg. I just a had a check up a few weeks ago and everything was ok.
Is there any swelling or pain in the knee or leg?

Does they feel different from the other side?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
no pain or swelling in the leg. it feels like there is a tightness surrounding my knee and a slight tingling in the bottome of my foot both on the left side. the other leg feels normal. no tingling or tightness.
Thank you for the information,

The tingling sensation is related to nerve impulses.

It can be due to pinching of a nerve .

The other causes are low calcium or electrolytes, vitamins , thyroid diseases, diabetes, or nerve conditions like multiple sclerois ,PD etc.

The tight feeling in the knee & leg needs to be looked into to exclude any inflammation over there.

You need an examination by doctor to differentiate.

You can try stretching till you see doctor.

I hope this information will be helpful.

Please ask if you need any clarification.

Best wishes.
