Customer: replied 7 years ago.

No pain radiating to arms or neck. My family has a history of hypertension.

No cough or fever nor sore throat. I do have a swollen Lymph note on my lower right

side of the neck. Might be coming down with a cold.

I have not gone to the doctors yet to investigate what's going on.

Started chest pain two days ago. I am not taking any meds.

With a history of chest pain and a family history of hypertension it is better to undergo a examination at ER .
Further investigations like EKG, blood work like CPK-MB , Troponin T etc to rule out cardiac cause of pain .
Also there are various non cardiac causes of chest pain like respiratory infection, acid reflux, costochondritis, anxiety etc .

I hope this helps
