What type of allegra can you take if you have high blood pressure? I have
here Fexofenadine HCL 180 MG. A large pink tablet.

What medications do you take for high blood pressure?

Customer: replied 7 years ago.

Spironolactione-HCTZ 25-25

Cozaar 50 MG

Atenolol 25 MG

Thanks for the additional information. There are no interactions between Allegra/fexofenadine and your blood pressure medications noted in the database.

I know that there is a type of Allegra that will raise blood pressure. I gather that the

one I am using will not.

Only medications that contain decongestant as well as antihistamine will raise blood pressure. These usually have a "D" as a suffix as in Allegra-D, Claritin-D, Alavert-D, etc.
